Zach has developed his own taxonomy design methodology, has authored a series of courses on knowledge management, and is a frequent speaker and trainer on KM/IM Strategy and Design. His experience includes projects for a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of Energy (DOE), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Nike, Marriott, Scottish Qualifications Authority, and UK Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
